    Scott has 35+ years of experience as a senior structural engineer and project manager on a variety of complex projects. He is licensed in California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Hawaii, Florida and the territory of Guam. His significant experience has allowed him to provide structural engineering services that are dynamic, goal-driven and innovative; easily adapting to difficult issues during the course of pre-construction, construction and completion. Scott has significant knowledge of principles and techniques required to create designs that create a harmony between safety and the aesthetic concept of the project. He has successfully maintained his engineering practice for 35+ years because of his ability to be proactive, communicate clearly , and collaborate effectively with all levels of project personnel to generate quality results. Scott strives to continuously improve his technical abilities as well as maintain the latest technology to assist in his engineering designs.
